This problem with status and skills was present before moving. Unfortunately, first time I experienced it, I was like clicking on the lowest skill to my skill bar so it would automatically full itself after a while. I learnt that it starts to cheat with skill points in this way. I had 5 skill points missing when I let it to spend them.
I advise you that to spend only 4 points and apply. I know it takes long, but it won't drive you mad. :3
About status bar, my char get stuck each time I use /Stat+ 00 command. So yeah, I don't use that either. After a reset, it's a little frustrating, but not a big deal.
