Hello MC! I would like to introduce to you The Design a Summer Headgear Contest!
We are looking for some creative individuals to draw up something to keep all of MC cool (or looking cool) this summer.
Note that we arent judging you on your drawing skills. Our judges will select the headgear on how creative, eye catching, and how the headgear relates to the theme overall. Keep in mind that the theme is summer. So dont draw a snowflake cluster ontop of your head.

The deadline for these entries are 07/25/2011

Rules
•You are alowed to submit as many headgears as you like. But remember quality over quantity.

•You can submit your entry into any type of drawing format (ie: Pixel art, digital art, traditional art) or writing a detailed description. If you are writing a description and not drawing, you are alowed to provide images to support your idea.

•Remember your entry must be summer themed.

•Your entry must be your original idea! No posting someone else's work or items from other servers.

•Post the entry in the thread please

•Have fun!

Just throwing this out there, but shouldn't each entry be an original? I don't see anything about plagiarizing in the rules so that's a little bit odd

I didnt think anyone would actually use other people donates as their entries.

cause you don't want to get burned while working outside now.
I even got effects for it (not scripted though lol)
if a donate then:
+10 all stats
[Blessing of the sun] (when its day time in game)
+50 atk

if not a donate then:
+ 5 all stats
[Blessing of the sun]
+50 atk



Freezie Pop [2]
A nice cold snack to have on those warm summer days

(if donate)

+5 all stats
[Blessing of the sun]
Grants immunity from Freeze status
[Blessing of the night] (for when the game goes night time)
Grants immunity from Stone Curse status

(non donate)

Note: these are just effects that I think would be good for them. And for the Blessing of the sun and night effects, I'm pretty sure you can script those in to go with day and night cycles in game. If its chosen then they don't have to have those effects xD

Another note: this took me about 10 mins to draw so don't yell at me for it being sucky D:

Summer days are quite hot and not everyone can have constant shade like Lady Tanee.
But now they can with this fabulous headgear! Like Lady Tanee's tree, this headgear will provide constant shade wherever you go.

The headgear would be a tree with a slim trunk - about the size of a branch - with leaves at the top that resemble Lady Tanee's tree. (And maybe throw in a banana for those hungry travelers!)


Second Idea: animated headgear that gives you the appearance that you're sweating. Like the chakras, but going down and out.
