Hey all! We've just completed server maintenance and the following changes/improvements are now in effect:

  • @alootids is now fixed - with the MC VIP Storage Pass you can unlock VIP storage for your account. Soon it will allow access to greater storage space, and right now you can use @alootids to loot up to 5 items. This stacks with @alootid and @autoloot.
  • Tetra Vortex now requires one sphere of each element, as per skill description
  • Drain Life will now only drain up to the remaining HP of the enemy. For example, if Drain Life was used on a Poring, it will only drain 50HP.
  • Fixed 'Change Password' functionality on the website
  • Fixed a bug with Voting for Credits
I'd also like to mention that as official 3rd classes are nearing completion, it seems development is slowing down. Drain Life & Tetra Vortex have been incomplete for a long time, and we've decided we aren't going to wait for official changes anymore, as they take too long to come through. We will be doing our best to implement missing effects and changing skills to match their official behavior.

If you believe a skill isn't working and think it should be fixed, you can bring this to our attention however you will need either a more accurate translation of the skill description (if the skill should work differently), or a clip/screen capture of the official skill working. This doesn't mean we want you to tell us what skills you would like changed because you don't like them.

We will also be doing some play testing which will involve free-for-all PVP in a town, one or two people per class in an all-out brawl. The purpose of this will be to see what skills and classes are too powerful; before I get a barrage of comments saying you don't want skills nerfed, this isn't to make "strong classes weaker". This is to give classes with NO weaknesses a downside. We're not going to change anything unless it is absolutely obvious that things need changed.

More on that to come later, until then enjoy what we've got in store this month, and watch this space for next months raffle.... ;D

Well, to make the PvP a bit better, make @go, @return, butterfly wings, blah blah all that crap disabled. This way people have to actualyl stay and fight. If they wish to leave, then hide for a few seconds and log out. Not that hard...

Just a quick concern about the voting bug fix.

My sister and I both play MC and I find that we cannot both vote at the same time due to our IP address being the same, yet yesterday we were both able to vote. Was this something that was fixed or was it just a fluke since it does not seem to work today.

I think the counter was resetted because of maintenance, so that's prolly the reason, because i could vote in less than 12 hrs.

Okay our counter was done and ready to vote but again only one of us got to vote.

Wondering if this will be addressed in a future maintenance as Im sure thay we cannot be the only people to play on the same IP address.

It won't be addressed - vote sites only allow count votes from the same IP address once per 12 hours. Even if you were to both click on the Vote link, the vote still wouldn't count on their end. You're not the only people to play on 1 IP address, you'll either have to take turns, vote from your school/work or another place. This isn't bound by account, only IP address. If you vote from a different location you can earn more credits on your one account.

As for the fix - this is unrelated to what you're experiencing. The fix addresses an issue where under a rare condition, vote points are not counted correctly.

Many people keep saying that in WoE = DISABLE THE @go or @return because .... it dosn't challanging ._. and Flying Kick Side? Idk it can use on WoE?

The @go and return is just people being stupid trying to get their Infamy up... there's a difference between flying side kick which jumps you on top of a person and @go which just teleports you out. In any case, I'm pretty sure you can Bwing even without the commands so the problem's always going to be there.

On a similar topic, mado users can spam back/front slide in WoE? Kinda contradicts skills such as the thief backslide which does the exact same thing and is not allowed in WoE...

on another note, Chasers can use Feint Bomb which throws them back a few cells in WoE as well.
